Create and manage responsive tables in WordPress with a lightweight editor, CSV import/export, and a shortcode.

== Description ==

Simple Responsive Tables helps you create tables in the WordPress dashboard and display them on posts and pages. Choose horizontal scrolling or a stacked card layout on small screens.

Features in Phase 1:
* Create, edit, and delete tables.
* Edit table headings and cells in a simple grid editor.
* Add rows and columns.
* Import CSV files and export a table to CSV.
* Choose horizontal scrolling or stacked mobile cards.
* Optional caption and alternating row shading.
* Display a table with the [srt_table id="1"] shortcode.
* No third-party JavaScript libraries or page-builder dependency.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `simple-responsive-tables` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or upload the ZIP through Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
2. Activate Simple Responsive Tables.
3. Open Responsive Tables in the WordPress dashboard.
4. Create and save a table.
5. Copy the shortcode shown after saving and paste it into a Shortcode block or page content.

== CSV format ==

The first row is treated as the column headings. CSV import supports comma-separated fields and double-quoted fields. Importing a CSV replaces the content currently in the editor; save the table after importing.

== Shortcode ==

`[srt_table id="1"]`

Replace `1` with the ID shown in your table's shortcode.

== Privacy ==

This plugin does not send data to external services. Table content is stored in your site's WordPress database.
